直进式拉丝机是由多个拉拔头组成的连续生产设备,通过逐级拉拔,一次性地把钢丝、铜丝等冷拉到所需的规格,并将成品线材收卷,工作效率高,设备占地面积小。通过多台电机同时对金属丝进行拉伸,钢丝在前一卷筒上缠绕几圈后,直接进入下一拉丝模并缠绕在下一卷筒上,中间不通过任何过线导轮,因此对电机的同步性以及动态响应都有较高的要求。通过每一级的拉拔,线材的线径发生了变化,所以每个拉拔头工作线速度也发生变化。每个时刻通过拉模的金属线材秒流量体积不变,直进式拉丝机的各个拉拔头的工作速度就是基于这个原理,保证各个拉拔头线速度按比例同步运行。

高速直进拉丝机拉丝生产出现频繁断丝的原因是什么?
1.拉丝模在不间断的生产中会由于正常磨损而使拉丝模的定径区变大。
2.各种杆材的质量问题。在生产过程中,杆材不规则地出现质量缺陷,这就使单丝在拉丝变形中被各种无法预测的张力拉断。此情况在杆材好时较少出现。
3.生产中退火电流的不恒定,电流忽然偏高,单丝在退火过程中被拉断或是被突变的强电流熔断。
解决方法:在生产前,要对欲生产的铜杆做充分的自检,及时发现铜杆的质量缺陷,根据不同情况及时找到相应对策,或降低拉丝速度,或将此段有缺陷的剔除。生产中不断地观察拉丝的退火电流是否正常,尤其在刚刚启动的时候,特别要注意退火电流的变化,要根据线速的变化来调节退火电流的大小,进而使退火电流慢慢地随着线速的增加而变大,保证设备的正常运行。
