铜材料在外界温度下总是有一个残留的氧化膜,而这一氧化膜是当铜线进入热杆轧制阶段时,在高温的、连续铸造的铜杆上形成的。氧化膜具有一定的危害,因为它们会在拉丝过程中导致很多缺陷,如:使拉丝膜过度磨损、可焊性变差、搪瓷膜和裸导体之间的附着力变弱等。
