拉丝机所拉出的金属块不一样,有可能是因为冷却水温度太高了,都超过了40度,那么不能让密封室对金属丝起到一个冷却的效果,这样会使得拉丝机单丝在进行退火以后他的温度还是非常的高,在高温下空气里的氧气是会进行氧化的。

拉丝机的拉丝是一种金属加工工艺,在金属压力加工中在外力作用下使金属强行通过模具,金属横截面积被压缩并获得所要求的横截面积形状和尺寸的技术加工方法。拉丝模是金属丝通过的使其由粗到细所使用的传统模具。而辊模是取代拉丝模的新一代模具,辊模是用由2~4个从动辊组成的拉拔模,常用结构是十字模,由一对垂直辊2和4及一对水平辊3和5组成,另一种结构是由一对水平或垂直的辊组成。
Wire drawing is a metal processing technology. During the metal pressure process, the metal is forced through the mould under tremendous force, and the metal cross-sectional area is compressed. Which the cross-sectional area of shape and size are mould as required. A wire drawing die is a conventional mould used to pass through the wire from the process from thick to thin in size. The roller mould is a new generation of moulds that replaces the old drawing mould style. The roller mould is a drawing mould which composed of 2 to 4 driven rollers. The commonly used structure is a cross mould consist of a pair of vertical rollers set 2 and 4 and a pair of horizontal rollers set 3 and 5. The other structure is composed of a pair of horizontal or vertical rollers.
对比拉丝模和辊模的使用寿命,同等情况下大约缩短60-80倍,由于不需要频繁更换拉丝模,大大减少停机时间,间接提高生产效率。采用辊模轧制方式产生变形所需能量减少,同等产量的能耗减少。由于辊模轧制比拉制给予钢丝的张力减少,断线减少,频次对比大约平均降低7-10倍,接线时间减少。更换拉频次大大降低,一个更换期后,辊模比拉丝模长60-80倍。使得操作工人可以同时照顾更多的设备,工人人数精简。或者是密封室里的冷却液皂液液含量不多,这会让金属丝还有导轮间的摩擦力变大,使得金属丝他的温度也进一步的升高,会有氧化出现。要是密封室里的冷却水他的水压打不要标准,那么金属丝也不能有很好的冷却。

The period of time in replacement of wire is reduced tremendously.After one replacement period, the roller die is 60-80 times longer than the wire drawing die mould. This allows operators to mange more equipment machines at the same time and it can reduce the number of operating workers. If there is not a lot of coolant soap content in the sealing room then it will increase the friction between the wire and the guide wheel. This causes the temperature of the wire to further increase and oxidation. If the cooling water in the sealed room is not up to required standard then the wire cannot cool as well as it should be.

In order to resolve oxidation methods, we could check whether the circulation of cooling water system to see if it is rotating normally. Also check if the cooling effect is up to standard. In the sealed room, we need to enhance the concentration of saponification liquid to make sure the metal wire can operate normally. We could also check the circulation of the water frequently.
