一、安全操作基本注意事项

Basic precautions for safe operation

1、工作前要紧穿工作服，戴好防护限镜，长发员工应把头发盘在头上，戴好工作帽方可操作。禁止戴围巾、手套、穿拖鞋操作机床。

 Wear protective work clothes and protective glasses before work. Employees with Long-hair should tie their hair and hide within their protective helmets and wear it before they start work. It is prohibited to wear scarves, gloves, or slippers while operating the machine.

2、不要移动或损环安装在机床上的警告标牌。非专业人员禁止维修本设备。

Do not remove or damage the warning signs posted on the machine. Non-professional personnel are prohibited from repairing the equipment.

3、严禁操作人员站在砂带正面操作或多人围堆操作。

Operators are strictly prohibited from standing on the front of the sand belt or operating by multiple people.

4、工作时，必须集中精力、严肃工作态度，不得与他人闲聊。

While working in progress, you must concentrate and have a serious work attitude, and do not chat with others.

5、操作时头部尽量远离砂轮，眼睛要避开火花溅出方向，用力不得过大，防止工件打滑，当心伤手!

When operating, try to stay away from the grinding wheel. Eyes should avoid in direction of spark splashing. Do not use too much force to operate to prevent workpieces out of place or from slipping. Be careful not to hurt your hands!

6、任何单位及个人不得拆除或改变任何安全保护装置，严禁使用防护罩不完好的砂带机。

No individual or personnel may remove or change any safety protection devices. It is strictly forbidden to use sand belt machines with incomplete protective covers. 一、工作前

Before work

1、操作者必须了解机床的结构和性能，熟练学握本机床操作过程，才能使用本设备。

Operators must understand the structure and performance of the machine and be proficient in the operation process of the machine before they can use this equipment.

2、接通电源前先检查设备及辅助设施的完好情况。

Check the condition of equipment and supported components before connecting to the power supply.

3、当砂带出现裂纹或磨损，导致无法将产品打磨标准时，必须由专人按要求负责更换。

When the sand belt is cracked or worn and resulting in unable to polish the product’s standard. Authorized personnel will be responsible for replacement.

4、机床开动前，拿掉留在机床上的所有无关物品;打开电源开关，确定运转方向与要求方向一致，严禁倒转;接通电源后，让砂带空转2-3分钟，观察运转是否平稳并无异常噪声和强烈震动。

Before the machine starts, remove all unrelated items left on the machine. Turn on the power switch and make sure that the operation direction is consistent with the required direction and reversal is strictly prohibited.  After turning on the power, let the sand belt idle for 2-3 minutes to observe whether the machine is operating stably and there is no abnormal noise or vibration.

5、必须认真按照检查的实际情况填写设备点检表，发现问题待相送人员处理好后，方可投入作业。严禁操作带病设备。

You must carefully fill in the equipment inspection form according to the actual situation of the inspection. If there are any problems found must wait for the personnel to resolve it before you start working. It is strictly forbidden to operate equipment when a personnel is sick.

一、工作中

Work in progress

1、开机时必须等砂带达到额定转速后方可使用。

1. When starting the machine, you must wait until the belt reaches the operated speed before it can be used.

2、操作时应牢握磨削物件，压力应均匀一致，严禁撞击砂轮侧面进行调节两轮的平行度，不允作二人同使用同一台砂轮机。防止物件脱落在防护罩内，卡破飞出伤人。

2. During work operation, grinding objects should be firmly grasped and the pressure given  should be the same. It is strictly forbidden to hit the side of the grinding wheel to adjust the parallelism of the two wheels. It is not allowed for two people to use the same grinding wheel machine. Prevent objects from falling off in the protective cover, breaking and flying out to injure other people.

3、不准用大块棉纱布包住工件进行磨削。

4、在操作过程中磨削小物件，必须带好手套，防止小物件发热烫手。
