在生产过程中，当客户着急需小批量生产新规格产品，在没有库存相应的辊轮规格情况下，可以很方便地使用拉丝模盒来替换下辊模，满足生产灵活多变的各种需求。如果客户拉丝机数量足够地多，可以合理配置，辊模拉丝机生产大部分时间生产固定规格的产品，即使要更换不同产品规格，也可直接更换辊轮。辊模与拉丝机之间的固定采用一个联结底板（简单四个螺栓固定），可通用地安装辊模和拉丝模盒，辊模里面的辊轮拆卸、安装和调整也比较简单，无需拆卸轴承，辊轮和轴承在出厂时已装配为一体，这很大程度上免除用户需要频繁更换的麻烦。
