鉴于系统中要求快速的交互电机轴之间数据,为了确保排丝能够按照要求的算法快速计算出来轨迹并排丝到位,我们还充分利用了kinco伺服的内部firmware功能,通过驱动器自行计算,自行驱动电机排丝,极大省略了传统拉丝机控制系统通过控制器计算排丝位置然后再传输到驱动器造成的时间延误,确保了排丝延迟的最小化。

Understanding that the time delay caused by the traditional wire drawing control system calculating the wire discharge position through the controller and then transmitting it to the driver ensuring the minimization of the wire discharge delay.
