直进式拉丝机选用变频调速体系的直进式拉丝机技术先进、节能明显,调速范围在正常工作时为30:1,一起在5%的额定转速时能提供超过1.5倍的额定转矩。直进式拉丝机是拉丝机中最难操控的一种,因为它是多台电机一起对金属丝进行拉伸,作业的功率很高。不象以前经常遇到的水箱拉丝机和活套式拉丝机,允许金属丝在各道模具之间打滑。一起它对电机的同步性以及动态响应的快速性都有较高的要求。直进式拉丝机因为不锈钢资料特性比较脆,缺少像高碳钢丝或许钢帘线那样的耐性,比较简单在作业过程中拉断。本体系共有8台11KW变频器。体系的电气配置为活套一台,装置在第一级,作用是将成卷的不锈钢丝牵引到拉丝部分,因为活套能够自由打滑,因此这台电机不需要特别的操控。

The direct-in wire drawing machine is the most difficult to operate in wire drawing machines because it stretches the wire together with multiple motors and the operational power is very high. Unlike the water tank wire drawing machines and lid-cover wire drawing machines that were often encountered before when metal wires are allowed to slip between the moulds. Together, it has high requirements for the synchronization of the motor and the rapidity of dynamic response. Because the stainless steel data characteristics are easy to brittle, the straight-in wire drawing machine lacks the resistance like high-carbon steel wire or steel cord which is relatively simple topull out during operation. There are 8 11KW frequency converters in this system. The electrical configuration of the system is a lid sleeve. The device is at the first level so its function to pull the coiled stainless steel wire to the wire drawing machine. Since the lid sleeve can slip freely so the motor does not require special control.
