使用四轴砂带机+辊模生产低碳钢丝 Operation on four-axis belt grinder + Roller mould producing low carbon steel wire

通过砂带机磨削+直进式辊模+象鼻子或工字轮收线机收线连续化生产低碳系列钢丝（1.00-2.20mm），以生产直径Ø1.30mm低碳钢丝，直进式辊拉模吨钢丝节省电大于160kW•h，节省电力成本80.00元；同时，降低拉丝粉与拉丝模降低12元；生产速度提升与产能增加，成品道次拉拔速度由200m/min提高到720m/min，减少操作工；辊模维修成本仅0.2-0.5元/t；吨产品综合节省成本大于200元。年产1万吨优质低碳钢丝，装备数量少约二之一，节省大量车间面积和操作工人；机械弯曲剥壳和四轴高速砂带机磨削，与酸洗磷化工艺相比节省原料盘条，彻底杜绝酸污染，绿色低碳；直接投资回收期短，3.0～4.5年即可回收设备成本，经济效益明显。

The low-carbon series of steel wires (1.00-2.20mm) are continuously produced through belt grinding + straight-in roller die + elephant trunk or construction tubing spool roller die wire retrieval unit machine to produce low-carbon steel wires with diameter Ø1.30mm.

The straight-in roller pulling die saves electricity more than 160kW•h, saving power cost of 80.00 yuan.  At the same time, the amount of wire drawing powder and wire drawing die mould  reduces by 12 yuan. The production speed and capacity increases, and the pulling speed of the finished product has also increased from 200m/min to 720m/min. Reduction on operating  workers and the maintenance cost of roller mould is only 0.2-0.5 yuan/t. So in general the comprehensive saving cost of products is more than 200 yuan.

Annual output of 10,000 tons of high-quality low-carbon steel wire with about less half of the equipment usage, saving a large amount of workshop area and operators.  Mechanical bending shell strips and four-axis high-speed belt grinding saves raw material strips compared with the pickling and phosphating process. Which has completely eliminate acid, green and carbon pollution. It can also redeem direct investment in a much shorter period of time and equipment costs can be retrieved back within 3.0 to 4.5 years time. It is economical and gain benefits in  either ways.
