砂带起皱——砂带一旦起皱就无法再使用,一般引起砂带起皱有三种可能。一是砂辊与张紧辊在垂直平面 投影中不平行,需在中心支承缸处加垫,校正。二是砂带受潮发软引发起皱,可采用烘干晒干等办法。三 是砂光机长时间不使用砂辊表面生锈粗糙,砂带摆动困难引发起趋,此时应对辊筒除锈或用较细砂纸打磨。
砂带断裂——砂带断裂主要由于砂带跑偏,或砂带磨钝没有及时更换,或砂削负荷过大,或砂削过程中遇 硬物,或砂带本身质量问题引起。应尽量避免砂带断裂,否则可能引起火灾或爆炸。当操作台的砂辊电流发 生异常时,应观察砂带是否已磨钝,如果是应及时更换。
Wrinkle of a sand belt - Once the sand belt is wrinkled, it cannot be used anymore. Generally, there are three possibilities for wrinkles formed on a sand belt. First, the sand roller and the tension roller are not parallel in the vertical plane projection and a pad needs to be added at the central support cylinder for correction. Second, if the sand belt is damp and soft, it can cause wrinkles. Heat Drying and other hang dry methods can be used. Third, the sander does not use the sand roller for a long time and the surface of the sand roller will become rough. The difficulty of swinging the belt will cause the tendency. At this time, the roller should be removed or polished with finer sandpaper.
Breakage of sand belt - Breakage of sand belt is mainly caused by deviation of the belt, blunt and not replaced in time, or the sand cutting load is too large, or hard objects encountered during the sand cutting process or caused by the quality of the belt itself. Try to avoid breaking the belt, otherwise it may cause fire or explosion. When the sand roller current of the operating table is abnormal, you should observe whether the sand belt was blunt. If so, it should be replaced in time.
砂带跑偏——一般由于调整不当引起,正常的砂带摆动应该是摆幅为 15-20mm,摆频为 15-20 次/分, 摆速适中且摆进摆出速度一致。如果处在非正常状态,时间一长,可能出现跑偏现象,尤其是摆进摆出速 度不一致,更易引发。砂带跑偏可能是光电管失灵,摆动气阀或摆动缸损坏引起。吸尘不佳,粉尘浓度高会影响光电管正常工作,也可能引起砂带跑偏。

The deviation of the sand belt may be caused by the photoelectric tube failure or the damage to the swing valve or the swing cylinder. Poor vacuuming and high dust concentration will affect the normal operation of the photoelectric tube and may also cause the belt to go off.
砂带机的故障分析
Sand belt machine fault analysis.
1、震动问题:有些砂带机挂上砂带,开动机器后,机器震动很大,不固定的话会“到处乱跑”!什么原因 呢?主要是转动轮的平衡性不好!转动轮有橡胶轮、导向轮、电机皮带轮,三个转动轮有一个精度不好,平 衡性不好,机器抖动性就不好!另一个原因支撑轮的零件配合间隙过大,造成零件之间产生相对运动,产生 震动。再就是电机固定不好,也产生震动。
1、Vibration problem: Some belt machines are hung with belts. After starting the machine, the machine will vibrate heavily. If it is not fixed, it will "run around"! What is the reason for this? The main reason is that the rotating wheel is not balanced! The rotating wheels include rubber wheels, guide wheels, and motor pulleys. One of the three rotating wheels is poor in accuracy and poor in balance, so the machine will start to rock! Another reason is that the parts matching gap of the supporting wheels are too large, causing relative movement between the parts and vibration. Furthermore, the motor is not properly fixed and vibration will also be generated.
2、噪音问题:噪音主要是底座以及支撑零件的刚性不足、配合零件的间隙过大(有些厂的加工设备很差、 很落后,加上质量意识差,制造的零件很烂,几乎没有配合公差要求!)、选用低质量轴承、砂布带速度过快 等几个原因。

3、寿命问题:有的砂带机用不多久就坏掉了,原因有几点:调整部分采用灰铸铁,没有采用 45#碳钢精铸, 或没有进行热处理、轴承质量不好、润滑不好、主轴没有进行调制热处理,或处理的硬度过低或过高(过低 易磨损,过高易断裂)、电机质量不好。
3、Lifetime problems: Some belt sanders break soon after use. There are several reasons: the adjustment part is made of gray cast iron and the 45# carbon steel is not cast or no heat treatment has not been carried out, the bearing quality is poor, the lubrication is not well covered, the spindle is not modulated and adjustment in heat treatment, or the hardness of the treatment is too low or too high (too low and easily wear, too high and easily break) and the motor quality is reduced.
