Entrance and Lounge

Once entering the home, panoramic views of the Columbia River and the City of Portland captivate all attention.  To the right, a breathtaking custom blown-glass chandelier hangs over the iron and wood staircase.  The exterior stone wall is brought in through the house to bring the outdoors in:  A truly unique characteristic that signifies this space as a Northwestern home. To the left is a lounge off a wet bar, perfect for entertainment or relaxation.



Kitchen and Dining

Leading from the wet bar is a long alley kitchen with a dining nook at the end.  A custom blown glass sculpture hangs above the kitchen island, bringing in lots of  color and warmth.  The white countertops, a skylight backsplash, and sapele wood cabinets create the clean lines that enhance the ultra-modern style.


Great Room

This very open great room features vaulted ceilings and a floor to ceiling window wall.  Warm colors, soft textures, and house plants warm and liven this space while maintaing the modern design.



Master Bedroom and Bathroom

The master bedroom and bathroom are elegant, masculine, and fresh.  Bright colors and big windows make the bedroom very airy and inviting.  In the master bathroom, the heavy contrast of the of the dark wood cabinetry and light tiles is balanced delicately by dazzling lighting an unique accessories.


The den was created as both a work space and a retreat.  The cozy seating arrangement is inviting for clients and friends alike.


Media Room and Bar

The media and game room is the ultimate man-cave getaway.  With cool colors, concrete floors, and raw materials, such as stone and black walnut wood, this space becomes the most masculine in the house.  Cozy and furniture and plush rugs soften the room to become more inviting for all.


Guest Room

The guest room enhances the rustic modern look through the platform bed, made of wood and steel, and the cobalt steel end tables.

Exterior Space

The upper exterior is a great environment for entertaining, or even just relaxing to watch a sunset.  With two sectionals, a built in barbeque, and fire place, it’s hard to leave.
